About these terms

These terms apply when you buy from heatedcomfort ("we", "us"), operated by Max Albert (ABN 27 115 848 004). By placing an order you agree to them.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding contract to order from us.

Products and descriptions

We describe the chair as accurately as we can, including its dimensions, materials and heating specification. Product photography is representative — colours can appear differently across screens, and minor variation between production batches is normal.

The chair is imported and distributed by us in Australia. We make no claim that it is manufactured in Australia.

The chair is powered by a USB power source, which is not included unless the product page explicitly says otherwise. Use only a power source meeting the specification in the product instructions.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). The price shown at checkout is what you pay — there are no additional charges added later.

We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on your order.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Your order is accepted once payment succeeds and we send you an order confirmation — not at the moment you click the buy button.

If a price is listed incorrectly due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We'll contact you before doing so.

Orders and cancellation

We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if we can't verify your details, if we suspect fraud, or if there's been a pricing error. Where we cancel, we refund you in full.

If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched we'll cancel and refund it. If it's already gone, it becomes a return under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes and responsibilities are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Safe use

The chair contains a heating element. Follow the instructions supplied with it. In particular:

• Don't use the heating function while the chair is wet
• Don't use a damaged cable, controller or power bank
• Don't modify the wiring or heating element
• Supervise use by children and anyone with reduced heat sensitivity
• Stop using it and contact us if it overheats, smells of burning, or behaves unexpectedly

Maximum user weight and other limits are specified on the product page and in the instructions. Using the chair outside those limits may cause injury and isn't covered by warranty.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, and other than as required by the consumer guarantees, our total liability arising from your order is limited — at our option — to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price you paid.

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or opportunity.

Website content

The content on this site — text, images, layout and branding — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
